Forms of Payment- MythicMTG.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Paypal, and pay when picked up.

Credit Cards- Orders placed with payment via credit card, are charged upon receipt. We expect to ship the same day or the next day after receipt of the order. Please see our shipping deadlines below. It is important to note that if your order contains items which are pre orders, special orders, or items we happen to be out of, we will hold the order until its complete. You be notified of any unexpected delays, and given some options if needed.

Paypal orders- Orders using Paypal are charged immediately upon hitting the "submit order" button in our shopping cart. This includes order containing pre order or special order items which are held until the order is complete. If any expected delay occurs you will be notified

Pay when picked up- This option allows you to place an order through the shopping cart, and pay for the items when you pick them up at the store. Pay when picked up orders must be picked up with 48 hours. Pay when picked up order not completed within 48 hours will be cancelled.

Refunds- You may return any sealed product in original resalable condition within 7 days for a full refund less any shipping charges we paid. (note: we offer "free shipping" however in the case of a return we would deduct the amount we actually paid to ship your item) You must also pay the shipping cost to return the item to us. Magic Singles are not returnable under any circumstances. The only exception would be if you felt we misrepresented the condition of a card, in which case we would send a replacement card.

Shipping Information

USA only-We currently ship to the USA (48 states) only.

Basic Shipping- $3.99 All orders, regardless of size will qualify for basic shipping. We will choose the method we feel is best. Magic singles will usually go through the US mail, via first class mail.

Shipping Cutoff- Our cut off time for orders is 12:00pm (noon) eastern time. Orders placed before noon, will be taken to the post office the next business day. Orders placed after noon, might take a second day to make into the postal system. Example: order placed at 10pm on Tuesday is received by Noon on Wednesday will go to post office on Thursday. Example 2: Order placed at 1pm on Thursday is received before Noon on Friday will go to post office on Monday.

Pickup Cut off time- Orders placed for pick up must be in by Noon to be picked up after 5pm that same day. Example: an order placed at 10pm on Tuesday and an order placed at 11am on Wednesday will be ready for pickup after 5pm on Wednesday. Example 2: an order placed at 3pm on Wednesday will not be ready for pickup until 5pm on Thursday.

Out of stock/Backorders- While we strive to not be out of stock on any item we list, it is possible that you will order a product we are actually out of. If this happens our policy is to hold the order until it is complete. This delay should never be more than a few days. If for some reason, we cannot complete your order within a few days, we will contact you with options.

Mispacks/mistakes/wrong items- We take great care to ensure all orders are complete and correct, however we are gamers, and may make mistakes. Have confidence that should an error be made we will correct it ASAP and at our expense. All errors must be be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
